We offer a warranty after repair. If the same issue occurs again, we will fix it for free.
3.Does AS service centralized/VRV ACs?
We service all types of home and Office ACs (split & window centralized ACS / VRV systems) etc.
4.How can I verify the quote shared?
All quotes are verified by us. If you had like a second opinion, you can speak to an expert through the app.
5.What if I am being charged extra?
The technician cannot charge you above our fixed rate cards. If you're being charged extra you can reach out to us via help centre.
6.Will the professional check the AC after the service?
Yes, the professional will check for gas leaks and pressure checks before starting the service and for cooling and pipe leaks after service.
7.Will the professional bring all the necessary tools for the service?
Yes, the professional will bring all the necessary tools for the service. However, please note that the technician does not carry a ladder. If the AC is mounted at a height, kindly arrange for one.
8.What happens if the professional finds an issue with my AC during the service?
In such cases, the professional will provide an estimate for the repair based on the rate card available on the AS website. You can then decide how you'd like to proceed.
